Its as easy as 1, 2, 3 ... Breaths



  • Take a walk

  • Get enough sleep, at least 7-8 hours

  • Practice mindfulness , being in the present moment, Mindful eating, mindful walk

  • Exercise, #youtube has many yoga, zumba and aerobics videos you can choose from

  • Practice meditation, Start with 2 minutes, practice daily and increase weekly. #calm, #headspace, #insighttimer

  • Take a warm bath

  • Pet an animal, pets are great for decreasing blood pressure

  • Volunteer

  • Reconnect with a friend

  • Express yourself creatively (writing, drawing, crafts,...)

  • Put on your favorite music and dance
